The world is huge, so do not be small. When my mind is full, to relax, I love moving my body.
Below I can show you some physic challenges I put in myself to improve my body and reflex in mind.
To connect your body with your mind researches say sports are extremely helpful. Soccer, Basketball, Handball, Volleyball, Swimming, Running, Cycling, Martial arts like Kung-fu, Karate, Boxing, Mixed Martial Art, Self Defense, Yoga, and every sport that could challenge my body I do.
My actually challenge and I have not completed yet is OBSTACLE COURSE RACING.
The Trifecta from Spartan race is my biggest goals.

In my defense, I had already done 50 burpees :p
