Research shows that sports are powerful tools for connecting body and mind—and I live by that.
From soccer, basketball, handball, volleyball, swimming, running, cycling, to martial arts like Kung Fu, Karate, Boxing, MMA, and even yoga—if it challenges my body, I’m in.
My current (and still unconquered) challenge is Obstacle Course Racing, with the Spartan Race Trifecta being one of my ultimate goals.
